Twin County Electric Power Association kicked off Lineman Appreciation Week on Apil 13 with our annual Appreciation Luncheon. Staff welcomed our lineman and honored them in a special way through our Ring of Honor.
Life-size portraits of each lineman were displayed around the room, creating a powerful and personal tribute. These portraits served as a small but meaningful token of appreciation for their unwavering commitment & dedication to safely serving our communities.
Following lunch, Twin County EPA General Manager Leslie Holloway shared an uplifting message focused on gratitude, recognition and the vital role our linemen play in powering our members' lives each and every day.
“We deeply value your hard work and the exceptional service you provide to our members. Your contributions make a significant difference, and we are grateful for everything you do,” Holloway said.
Throughout the week, linemen were greeted each morning with snacks and a personalized gift, offering a small but heartfelt reminder of how much they are appreciated.
The week concluded on Saturday with a Lineman Family Crawfish Boil.

Thankfully the weather held up, making for an afternoon full of food, fun & fellowship.
Although April is the official month for celebrating linemen, Twin County Electric Power Association is proud to honor and appreciate our linemen every single day. Their work is demanding, essential, and performed in the toughest conditions to keep our members safely powered.
