Twin County EPA is excited to announce the 2026 Cooperative Youth Leaders Program. Each year, Twin County EPA sponsors two students to participate in this annual leadership program designed to learn, grow, and experience. Applications for interviews are now being accepted via area high school counselors from students currently in the 11th grade.
