Upon receiving a complaint, Twin County will promptly conduct an impartial investigation, and take appropriate corrective and preventive actions, if any, required in response to each complaint. Confidentiality will be maintained to the extent possible consistent with Twin County’s obligations to investigate and remedy complaints. No person shall be subject to retaliation for filing a complaint.
