Understanding Your Billing Timeline
- Read Date: determines amount of power used since the last read date.
- Billing Date: your account is billed for power used and mailed.
- Payment Due Date: the date the bill is due.
- Delinquent Date: the bill is delinquent 3 days after the payment due date.
- Disconnection Date: An account is eligible for disconnection 20 days from the billing date.
