Calling All 11th Graders Served by Twin County
Twin County EPA is excited to announce the 2026 Cooperative Youth Leaders Program. Each year, Twin County EPA sponsors two 11th-grade students to participate in this leadership program focused on learning, growth, and real-world experience.
Applications are now being accepted through area high school counselors. For more information, contact your 11th-grade counselor, email Twin County EPA, or call the Hollandale office.
The program helps students build leadership skills in the classroom, community, and at home. Participants will also take part in Electric Cooperatives of Mississippi’s youth programs, including the Cooperative Leaders Youth Tour to Washington, D.C., where they gain firsthand experience in leadership, government, and civic responsibility.
Program highlights include:
- Leadership skill development in school, at home, and in the community
- Participation in statewide cooperative youth programs
- An educational leadership tour of Washington, D.C.
